Pantylines and Federlines.

In the parking lot tonight I saw several women with jeans down below their pantylines, and several young men with their jeans down below their federlines. When will they learn that gravity is a force not to be reckoned with? One of these days, those kids will be chased by a herd of rabid wolves, and the ones who are dragging a pair of Levis between their ankles are going to be messily devoured.

I get knocked down, but I get up again.

  1. yup. i teach high school in the inner city. i swear i see more underwear than a salesperson at victoria’s secret. and when boys get up to sharpen pencils (which takes two hands) – i have seen more than one pair of pants fall completely down.

  3. I have the hardest time fighting my urge to run up, and just yank on those pants. And for the girls…Jesus, don’t moms teach their girls how to stand up straight, suck in their guts, and have some attractive posture? I just wanna walk up, whack’m on the shoulder blades, push in on the pouch they shouldn’t have, and show them how to stand. They might actually look really attractive. Gretel is 8, almost 9, and I’m already on her about that.

I really believe a lot of moms don’t teach their daughters anything about pride and self-respect.

Sorry for the rant…just one of my pet peeves…hmmm…maybe a topic on my blog soon????
