		<description>Man, you SAID it sister. Every description about the climate in a public school was Right On. But I can&#039;t afford the pay cut to teach at the collegiate level. It is a little better among my AP students-- but you still get the crazy parent and the disrespectful admins.

I taught public high school for two years.  Working 60 - 80 hour weeks, being told I wasn&#039;t working hard enough, at 32k a year.

Now I took a 50% pay cut to work in college.

I would do this job for free.  Please don&#039;t tell my bosses.</description>
