		<description>I came to these books late in life.  My wife was a big fan when she was a little girl, and so she made sure that our girls had them.  As my previous exposure was the TV show, I was surprised to find out just how much of a journey they made.

I agree 100% about the history lessons there.  Then again, a firsthand account is usually more enlightening than any history text.

Customer service is something that I demand from anyone who wants me to pay them for a service.  For that reason I no longer deal with several businesses (&lt;/i&gt;Walgreens, Sprint, AT&amp;T, Shop &#039;n Save, Dobbs,&lt;/i&gt;) while some others have earned my commitment because of their willingness to do whatever it took to resolve an issue: &lt;b&gt;Directv, Verizon,&lt;/b&gt; and &lt;b&gt;Schnucks&lt;/b&gt; come leaping to mind.</description>
