We have a mom we call “wingnut”. Many of us think she is the reason our principal left last year. She is almost this bad. We keep hoping she will decide to home school.

I don’t doubt this story.

Gee, if this had been a private school, I would have expected the head to set limits on the mother. Aren’t principals supposed to do that sort of thing? Protect the teaching staff from inappropriate parent behavior?

It’s one thing to be a volunteer and be helpful in certain areas where you’re ASKED, but to come in like you own the place and “you kids” everyone? WOWZERS!!! (So this is the woman you’ve been talking about. Poor kids!)

My heart goes out to anyone who has a mother like that. My best friend did and now she wants nothing to do with her mother. And the mother can’t figure out why.

“I would really like to tour that school some day, now that I’ve finally stopped hating it, because frankly, I’ve never seen a perfect school before and I have some questions I’d like to ask those ‘excellent’ teachers, the main one of which is “How long did you kids up there celebrate after this family moved away?””
